For meditations in the hall, please bring a blanket or yoga mat, a pillow, and socks. We recommend choosing loose, comfortable, and appropriate clothing for both indoor activities and walks.
To prepare and attune yourself for meditations and sessions, we invite you to arrive in the hall 10–15 minutes in advance.

The fee for initiation is a one-time donation of 100 EUR. Information about the initiation process and procedure will be sent in a separate email before the seminar.
